The Land
Earth & Star hosts mobile retreats, offering sacred locations where you can reconnect with nature and answer your calling. Our 2026 retreat will be held in Pine Knoll Shores, NC, a barrier island in the Southern Outer Banks. Set on sixty-two acres of beach frontage and sound-side docks, this ecologically conscious camp on the Crystal Coast is a historically inclusive haven, welcoming people of all ages, backgrounds, and beliefs who feel called home to nature and to the God-self within.
Honoring the beauty of the land itself, we utilize the retreat center’s natural amenities to support deep self-reflection and restoration. Through a walking tunnel that opens to sweeping views of the Atlantic dunes, we gather for plant spirit medicine, rites of passage, and more.
Remembering your true nature means stepping away from the stresses of daily life and returning to care for the whole being — body, mind, and spirit. Here, held within Mother Earth herself, we eat clean, release old traumas, and allow ourselves to be nurtured through movement, rest, and meditation. This land is strong, and it powerfully supports all who enter her arms in prayer and healing.
The Teachings
All people, of any creed or faith, are welcome to experience the land Earth & Star offers as a healing space. Some come to reconnect with nature, while others feel called to explore spiritual purpose or deepen their personal practice through the wisdom of the Earth.
The Founder shares original teachings freely on YouTube, exploring spiritual ethics, the psychology of the human ego, and religious concepts in modern spiritual experience, including guidance for beginning or deepening a spiritual practice. These teachings are meant to complement existing beliefs, not replace them. They do not ask you to abandon your personal truth, but rather to open into them more fully through love, unity, and compassion for all people and creatures.
Whether integrated into your current faith or used as a foundation for healing, the teachings encourage oneness, wholeness, and completion within all people and creatures. Those who feel aligned are invited to join the Earth & Star membership — a community devoted not only to finding peace, but to being peace.
The Founder
Mary Callozzo, Founder of Earth & Star, is a Shamanic Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Bard, and Hypnotherapist. Guided by a calling to inspire purpose and offer a unique perspective within the spiritual community, she established Earth & Star Spiritual Wellness Center in 2022. Earth & Star offers personal healing sessions, spiritual teachings, and wellness retreats, serving the community through heart, mind, and action.
Virtual healing sessions, certification courses, and support groups are just the beginning of how you can open yourself to growth and joy. Throughout the year, Earth & Star hosts drum circles, workshops, rites of passage ceremonies, plant spirit medicine rituals, metaphysical conferences, and multi-day retreats in various locations.
The Founder teaches and heals from a single guiding principle: love. She seeks to shine that light into the world so others may remember their own and recognize that we are all shining the same light, holding a daily prayer for peace, trust in the universe, freedom of soul expression, and love as perfect oneness for all beings.
